Nice piece from one of our account managers, Max Stoner, regarding quality versus cost. I think he makes a nice point that ISDN will not be replaced until IP connectivity offers the levels of uptime and quality already enjoyed by businesses. We of course think it is already here but time will tell if the few moving to SIP already is just the beginning or just a blip.
